When are Team Photos taken?

Photos are schedule during a team's practice and take approximately 10-15 minutes per team depending on the size of the team and the age of the players.

When do we order and pay?

Photos must be ordered and paid for on Picture Night. (Currently working on an On-Line ordering system which will be coming very soon)

I accept cash, e-transfers, checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Please Note: There is a 3% transaction fee for credit cards. (ie: for every $10.00 add $0.30)

Can we use part of the ice to practice while photos are being taken?

For safety reasons players SHOULD NOT be skating around or slapping pucks during photos as the player having their photo taken is not paying attention to what is happening on the ice and the risk of injury is too great. Team photos are completed as quickly as possible so ice time is not wasted.

What should we do to help things move quickly?

I ask that players are dressed and ready 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled practice wearing their game jerseys. (Darker Jerseys show up better in photos but it is up to your team what they would like to wear.)

There must be at least one coach/bench staff on the bench/ice with players during the photos session. Additional on-ice helpers to help the younger players step onto the ice would be safer and move things along quicker as players will not have helmets on. Once dressed and when permitted to take the ice players will go directly to the bench and remove their helmets, and neck guards if they choose; we will start with individual photos and then the team photo. Once done the team can use the rest of their practice time.
